Breakfast on the go

One of my favorite quick breakfasts is a quick healthy smoothie. There are so many ways to go. My favorite right now is a fruit smoothie made to hydrate. I just throw it all in the blender and enjoy.

4-5 ice cubes
2 oz Coconut water
2 oz.Aloe Water
3 T Performance
1 banana
4 large strawberries
small handful of spinach
